We find it a pity when we learn about businesses with really good products struggling to get customers.
It’s not because they are doing the wrong things.
We know these days, most businesses try to put out more content, build a nice website etc…
But those has nothing to do with attracting more leads and customers.
What is really stopping them from attracting more customers is because their messaging is unclear.
They don’t show enough of WHAT problem they help to solve with their products/services.
They don’t show enough of HOW they can help their target audience achieve their goals.
The first thing is to be very clear on what they do and how they help their customers to achieve certain outcome.
Then, all their website, social media, ads, should deliver that message very clearly.
