My last newsletter was written 3 months ago.
Can somebody tell me how is it already March?! 1 quarter of the year has passed?!
So much to update you guys on what I’ve been busy with.
First, you’ve got to know that my newsletters are written personally by me…

Proof: I’m currently sitting at Tiong Bahru Bakery writing this.
You see, I can easily get AI to write it in my style and my voice…
But I won’t. I just won’t.
Because it’s something I genuinely enjoy and want to do it personally.
That’s why you didn’t see me send any emails due to me not setting aside time to write.
So…
What’s been on my mind recently? What have I been busy with?
Let’s just say…
1) Delivering service
2) Building with AI
3) While not forgetting human touch.
On delivering service
Sometime back in January, I brought my parents to Macau for 5 days.
I shared why I did that in this post on Instagram.
(You should follow me on IG, I’m more active there than writing emails for now.)
In the plane to Macau, I finally completed reading the book I struggled to complete:
Master Key System
It’s a book about manifestation/law of attraction stuff.
It’s quite a tough read, and I probably have to revisit this book a few times.
Towards the end of the book, the writer shared one of the key strategies to getting wealthy is to be of service to others.
That was a great reminder for me because it’s back to basics of just serving people and adding value to people.
Which sometimes we tend to forget.
We have seen many times how businesses fail because they simply cannot fulfill what they promise their customers.
So I made it my mission this year to just simply be of good service to clients…
I don’t take for granted the people who give me the opportunity to work with them.
And to me, that means just responding on time to their messages, and putting in effort to get them results.
Putting in effort also means upgrading my own knowledge and expertise.
Which brings me to:
Building with AI…
Where do I even start with this?
There is SO MUCH development going on in AI.
And I’m not just talking about using it to chat, find information, or write scripts.
Now, I’ve built an AI assistant – his name is Jony, who’s been amazing at helping me.
He sends me morning briefs to keep me on track of my tasks and meetings.
Whenever I have new appointments, I type it inside Telegram (that’s how I talk to him), and immediately my calendar gets blocked out.
The coolest thing is, under Jony there are 5 more assistants helping him.
Let me show you the org chart:
Every night, Sage (the strategist) will do research and put out her findings in Google docs for me to read the next day on how I can get closer to my goals.
Echo comes up with content ideas for me to think about.
And Jony basically helped me to build a client dashboard so I can have a big overview of all client’s ad performance.
This allows me to take action fast if I see the campaigns not doing well.
Right now, I have a team of 5 people and a team of 5 AI bots fulfilling work for my clients.
And it’s just a great time to have AI to speed things up.
I strongly urge business owners to really upgrade and use AI throughout their work.
With so much disruption caused by AI…
And in fact if you look at my workflow where the bots are most of the heavy lifting…
Can you imagine what the future is going to look like?
Which leaves me wondering what are the rare skills to develop, since technical skills are no longer a problem.
That brings me to the point of:
Not forgetting human touch
With so many bots doing all the technical work…
That means that all the more human touch is important.
Because AI can replace all the technical skills but not the human skills.
That’s why these days, it’s important to continue building relationship with your clients.
I make it a point to meet my clients face to face at least once per quarter.
Whether to just drink kopi or review their campaigns.
Because ironically, I think a lot of humans will forget how to “be a human” as more and more people use AI.
So while I’m using a lot of AI for work, I don’t want to forget the importance of human touch.
That’s why in order to really win big in your work and business…
It’s a combo of everything.
Delivering good service, by utilising AI for efficiency, while still maintaining that personal relationship with clients.
